Student Ambassador Team

At the UVA School of Education and Human Development, I co-manage a team of 15-18 student ambassadors alongside our Director of Student Affairs. By providing an authentic and engaging peek into student life, our ambassador program recruits new students and produces some of our highest performing social content.
Each year, we advertise the position, review and screen applicants through a three-phase application process, and hire approximately 10-15 new ambassadors. I lead training on branding, marketing, and social media engagement, update the website, and guide ambassadors throughout the academic year as they create content for our Instagram account. |
